Today I was soo hyper during cotillion practice. I kept on bouncing around and around and just kept on dancing and shiet! I felt like a little kid with so much energy. I guess they do work. Right now I'm waiting for my dad to come back home so I could sign up for 24Fitness. I noticed I'm getting fatter again. My cheeks are getting chubby [the ones on my face] My stomach is a bit bigger.. Damn! All that wrestling and now it's slowly coming back. I need to start working harder again. I still work out, but not everyday. Sometimes when our class gets the weightroom I'd be benching a lot but that doesn't really help you lose weight. I need to burn this fat away. Wrestling, to me, was the ultimate fat burning work out. During practices, we'd run 2 miles for warm-ups and I'd only lose about a pound or so. When we would start wrestling each other and stuff, I notice I'd lose about 3lbs. Deeng! Wrestling makes you work out your entire body. From your forehead to all the way down to your toes. In wrestling you have to use all parts of your body to do moves in concentrated times. What a work out huh? I know that sprinting burns fat too, but I'm just so damn lazy.. I hate sprints too. I'd rather run miles then do sprints. 'Cuz running miles is more of a pacing and enduring work out for a long period of time. Sprinting is more of full bursts of all your energy in short periods of time. After powderpuff I'm gonna start working out more. I mean, I work out while coaching too, sometimes running after the girls and taunting them with push-ups while they do their push-ups. That stuff doesn't cut it anymore, especially when Multi-Cultural is right around the corner. I'm in the Tahitian club btw. That means I'm gonna be topless and stuff during the rally! =/ I need to get fit. The thing is, I don't really know what to do. I run but I know that's not much help unless I run like 10 miles a day or something! It's hard for me to diet because I'm addicted to food. I hate sprinting. I need a gym membership like foreal. Al lthis looking at my body before I take a shower then telling myself that I'm fat then flexing and telling myself that it's only muscles is doing me no good. While trying to to look up a word so I wouldn't spell it wrong in google, I came across some workout sites that gave me so good info on things. The website is called "mensfitness.com" Pretty good site. I think I'm gonna try some of the things that they say: [1]Powerclean without putting the bar down [2]High rep curls [3]Sit-ups, not the one where you just jerk your head up, the one where you have your body going into a 45 degree angle [4]Intense cardio for 10 mins before any work-out... That's basically what I think for now. Aight well, my brother's friends are annoying me. They're hella loud. They're downstairs.. So, hopefully my dad comes home quickly. Aight wish me luck readers..
